Join Meredith for this culture rich trip to Greece. You will enjoy 4 days in Athens learning about the culture and history then island hop for the remaining 4 days of the trip. Of course there will be lots of fitness and yoga peppered in between.

Day 1:
Fly from Boston on May 3rd for an arrival on May 4th.
Transfers to the hotel from the airport are included.

Acropolis and Acropolis Museum
We have private transportation and a private guide for this whole day.
Day 3:
Class in the am
Private tour and guide to Argolis. Here there are a variety of historical sites, ancient ruins of citadels and theatres. Amongst other sites, we will visit Nafplio which was the first capital city of modern Greece. Our afternoon will be spent in this charming and romantic town that features small streets and squares.
Day 4:

Private tour and guide to Sounion
Scenic coastal drive to see the Temple of Poseidon
Walk along the promontory of Sounion
Day 5:
Private driver to Port of Piraeus for our Hydro Boat to Santorini
Private bus to hotel in Santorini

Day 6:

Private driver and tour for the walk from Fira to Oia.
6 mile stroll through villages where we will see sites and shop and lunch
Day 7:

Bus to Athinios Port for Caldera Cruise
-Nea Kameni Island - Santorini's Volcano where we climb to the top and walk the perimeter of the crater
-Palia Kamni Island -Swimming in the hot springs
-Thirasia - underwater craters (often referred to as the Santorini of 50 years ago) we will swim, shop and hike
Day 8:
Class in the am
-Sip of Santorini Wine Tour. Have an exclusive look at 2
different local wineries, including approximately 8 samples, before relaxing to watch the sunset,
from the best viewpoint in Oia
Day 9:

Transportation to Santorini Airport
