Yoga Sculpt Movement Tip
Yoga Sculpt is one of my favorite classes to teach. It is upbeat, full of energy and leaves you feeling so strong! It is musically driven and non-stop movement. And while the weights in class are relatively light (3-5lbs), there is still some caution that needs to be taken so that the repetition doesn't hurt your joints if your form is off.
