This weekend intensive (16 hours) is intended for any certified fitness professional or 200 Hour Yoga Teacher. The intention of this training is to:

Learn to:

• Sequence and teach a 45 or 60 Yoga Sculpt class.

• Format fundamentals and class structure.

• Understand music theory and beat-matching.

• Sequence for all muscle groups.

• Cue, correct and modify for all levels.

• Build movement themed classes.
